Review content:
The service I have received from Classic Electric has been outstanding and it reflects the attitude of the company in my opinion. I say this because they did everything they said they would do and when they would do it. Personally I just do not see that type of service these days; they provide classic old fashioned quality and customer service.
I am of an age where quality, service and honesty used to be the norm, the standard, you had to do those things just to compete. But that is not always true anymore. I was referred to Classic Electric by a friend who used their service who had nothing but good things to say. And from the moment I contacted them I was treated the same way.
They returned my call promptly. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. We scheduled a time for them to come onsite and they were punctual. Thomas was the electrician and he explained the electrical details of the work I needed done in a way that I could understand. He was not technical. He told me what my options were, the approximate cost and the date he could do the work. I told him that it sounded fine, but I would need a written estimate. And early the next morning I received his estimate. The quality of his work is very good. There is pride in the craftsmanship to get it right . . . just the way it used to be. It is Classic!
