We had a problem with our kitchen outlets not working even after resetting. We called Thomas and described the problem. He knew exactly what the problem was AND he was able to come to our home that day! After researching, he found an additional problem and corrected it as well. Our home was built in 1996 so the wiring did not have the same regulations as today. We have not had any problems since. We will definitely call Classic Electric with any electrical issues from now on. Lori Rush more

The service I have received from Classic Electric has been outstanding and it reflects the attitude of the company in my opinion. I say this because they did everything they said they would do and when they would do it. Personally I just do not see that type of service these days; they provide classic old fashioned quality and customer service. I am of an age where quality, service and honesty used to be the norm, the standard, you had to do those things just to compete. But that is not always true anymore. I was referred to Classic Electric by a friend who used their service who had nothing but good things to say. And from the moment I contacted them I was treated the same way. They returned my call promptly. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. We scheduled a time for them to come onsite and they were punctual. Thomas was the electrician and he explained the electrical details of the work I needed done in a way that I could understand. He was not technical. He told me what my options were, the approximate cost and the date he could do the work. I told him that it sounded fine, but I would need a written estimate. We needed extra outlets to be wired and installed in our garage so we could operate power tools for ongoing woodworking and boatbuilding projects. We called Thomas Adams of Classic Electric. He came out and did a bid right away, offered a fair price, and within a few days he came out and installed them himself. He was on time, professional and very knowledgable. Whahoo service, service, service! Whenever I need any kind of construction work done I look for someone who is truly going to take care of me. I was looking for some new lightening fixtures and surround sound for my showroom and I was referred to Thomas at Classic Electric and was not disappointed. He listened to what I was looking for and didn???t try to up sell me around each corner. Additionally, he provided me an all inclusive bid for lighting, fixtures, surround sound, and labor all. There were no hidden add ons. We met, I told him what I wanted and he installed it at the price bid plain and simple. He was on time for all installation appointments and called to confirm that my schedule would work with his. Furthermore, Thomas made sure that his installation schedule did not interfere with my course of business and that kind of courtesy is appreciated. The finished product is what I was looking for and more. I really felt I was working with a professional that listened to what I was looking for, guided me towards the right product and delivered 110%. more

Finally an electrical contractor I trust! Classic Electric was recommended to me by the a trusted strategic partner. The lighting in our kitchen was so outdated. We have a long row of can lights that light up the whole neighborhood but never seems to give enough light in just the area you need it. Thomas took the call. He scheduled us right away. He had great ideas on how to give us the levels of lighting we needed just where we needed it. The bid was in the ballpark and delivered in 24 hours. He scheduled around our countertop installations to make it easy on us and even made a special trip to pull wires while the countertop installation was in process. I had a chance to talk to Thomas while he was working. He really knows his stuff. Best of all, he left my house cleaner than when he arrived. Thomas Adams, the owner of Classic Electric is the ONLY electrical contractor I will ever use again! I tried one of those 2 hour specials from another company when I bought my new home and he didn???t improve my electrical in anyway noticeable and ended up charging me really high prices for parts. So, the deal wasn???t a deal at all and nothing important was accomplished. So, when I needed more work done, I went with a referral and I am so happy I did. Thomas installed new light fixtures, sub cabinet lighting, garage lighting, switches, plugs and fixed a myriad of electrical issues left from the previous owner of my home. Some of the electrical was dangerous and we were lucky there wasn???t a fire. I know next to nothing about lighting, so Thomas gave me some really clever design ideas. He even put four dimmer switches in my kitchen (after he put in can lights that made sense). Our garage had two little light bulbs, so he changed them out for two rows of 8 fluorescents. The whole garage lights up now and I don???t know how anyone lived with it before. I can???t imagine getting a better deal from another company and everything was done to perfection and in a timely manner. I give Classic Electric my highest recommendation! more
