I moved into my place last June and as it stands my only complaint would have to be the lack of insulation. Living on the second floor towards the middle of the building makes things relatively hard for getting peace. I can generally hear everyone around me, although most of that is because of how rude some of my neighbors are. Aside from this everything else is fine. When things break the maintenence men are quick to come and fix it. Anything that I had an issue with to begin with was placed on my initial walkthrough notes and had been or was scheduled to be taken care of on or soon after my move in date. The staff here is great and really friendly. as far as I can tell the renovations that were done were great they just need to work on the thickness of their walls.
