Eden of Reynoldsburg

I lived there when it was called white birch and if its anything like that then RUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNN away really fast they had all type of crackheads and drug dealers out there, I thought with it being ""reynoldsburg"" they would have less drug activity than seymour kelton area but WRONG reynoldsburgs finest failed to patrol that area they are to damn busy pulling over innocent people to be worried about the real issues at hand slike cleaning up drug infested apartment complexes. But this apt complex was affiliated with walnut knolls which is now shut down over there on refuge rd. from mold taking over lol thats where I lived at first until the mold took over and then they let us move to white birch WRONG move oh yea and thay also owned cross key apt major DRUG infested apt more

I moved into my place last June and as it stands my only complaint would have to be the lack of insulation. Living on the second floor towards the middle of the building makes things relatively hard for getting peace. I can generally hear everyone around me, although most of that is because of how rude some of my neighbors are. Aside from this everything else is fine. When things break the maintenence men are quick to come and fix it. Anything that I had an issue with to begin with was placed on my initial walkthrough notes and had been or was scheduled to be taken care of on or soon after my move in date. The staff here is great and really friendly. as far as I can tell the renovations that were done were great they just need to work on the thickness of their walls. more

OmG this is all so true i felt the need to leave a comment. These apartments where on the news before ,and in dispatch. Due to the side walk collasping and people had to evacuate. The name before was called White birch cresent apartments and now they are under new mangement , so they had to change the name because people where aware of these slum apartments. People please do your research Im praying to God my lease hurry up and end because all of this is true. There where really condemned before and still are just google White birch crescent apartments 1262 Briargate now its eden of reynoldsburg. also The basements are horrible rodents running around like crazy. The worst i ever had to witness. They where build in 1970 and still going down hill they need to stop trying to fix and tear the whole unit down to the ground. more

Let me just start off by saying your money can be spent else where for something descent. These apartments are falling apart they repairs are horrible. renovations going on debris all over the place the mexicans and africans they hire so call trying renew the place with half ass jobs. And dont let me get started about the winter storm , you can just hang it up ice all over the ground, so you basically left to do it your self. Cracks all through the walls my toilet is falling apart my tub is cracking this is just not worth the money trust me i wish i did a little more research. It all seems nice in the begining cus they rush and do a two week job trying to fix and hide all the problems and trust me later on you is in frede couger special. Please im not bashing no one these are vital facts spend your 750 a month on something descent. I dnt even wanna rate ths more

At first, we loved the place. It is affordable and quiet and the staff was really nice and accomodating. The first couple of weeks the a/c had to repeatedly be repaired. The refridgerator didn't work either. We didn't have blinds in our bedroom window for the first month or two and when they did bring them, they were two different colors (one new and one yellowed, brittle and old). The first month of winter, the heat stopped working. Maintenance was prompt to fix, but two months later, it stopped working again. Cabinets falling apart (the ""renovation"" was spreading some stain over the laminate surface which looks great from a distance but is now peeling). Bath tub and commode were painted. Bath tub had to be replaced due ot peeling paint. Closet doors and counters were painted. Counters had to be replaced due to staining so easily. Closets look atrocious. HUGE DRAFTS all along base boards and front door. Seal on front door has been replaced twice and still see the door mat lift from the wind coming underneath. Currently sitting here with a thermostat reading 60 degrees and is set on 74. Furnace has been running for 24 hours solid and it is still cold. Our electric bill for last month was 370.00 and we live in a 1 bedroom apartment. The pool was not opened last year and still has not been renovated for the next. The on site laundry was supposed to be done when the office was, but the decided to do away with it. The pet deposit on move in was $125, half refundable. I just adopted a new cat and had to pay $150 non refundable even though my lease says otherwise. The walks are shoveled only when convenient it seems and if they are icey, no salt is put down. Our intent was to live here for years and save money to buy a home, but I don't know if I am willing to put up with this after our lease it up. One good aspect is the residents are all very nice that I have encountered. more
