I love my tex-mex-and Rosie's has never disappointed. I've been a regular and while there are many other Mexican restaurants now out in the area, Rosie's is my place if I'm hungry and want familiar food. It may not be fancy and the waitstaff may need prompting, but I always am satisfied and happy when I walk out of this restaurant. I guess I see myself as part of the experience and I don't expect my waiter to read my mind if I need something-don't knock the service and the restaurant in a review you wrote anonymously on a computer-not cool
