I purchased a mountain bike from the Jolly Cyclist back in June of '07. I was worried that I would be met by a sales person who would be pushy and recommend me buying more than I was looking for. I told them what I was looking for and my price range and they showed me what they had and insisted I take all of them for a test drive behind the shop. They asked me several questions about what type of riding I would be doing and gave me some things to think about that I had not. My decision was easy to make and I have been extremely pleased with my selection. Since my purchase I have been back to the shop several times and have received the best service. I have had small problems here and there and they have encouraged me to bring my bike in and let them take a look. They have performed several minor adjustments, that got me back out on the trail, free of charge. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone that is looking for a shop that provides excellent customer service and goes the extra mile.
