Bike Pedlar Hermitage

Don't be put off thinking this a ""specialty"" bike shop that will charge you an arm and a leg. I took my 5-year-old son's Huffy bike to them - the chain kept coming off, and his training wheels were messed up. I was afraid the charge to repair the chain and fix the training wheels was going to be expensive: For $18.57 the bike chain was repaired, and Travis showed me how to fix the training wheels when they get out of alignment. He was very helpful! This is a wonderful store with great people working there who actually WANT to help with any/all biking needs. No matter how big or small your bike issue may be, run, don't walk, to this store. I highly recommend them - A++++!!!!! more

I highly recommend this shop. I visited several shops around town looking for a bike and this one stood out from the others based on their customer service. They made me feel like I was the only customer in the store and worked with me for as long as it took to find what I wanted. I will be a return customer. more

I purchased a mountain bike from the Jolly Cyclist back in June of '07. I was worried that I would be met by a sales person who would be pushy and recommend me buying more than I was looking for. I told them what I was looking for and my price range and they showed me what they had and insisted I take all of them for a test drive behind the shop. They asked me several questions about what type of riding I would be doing and gave me some things to think about that I had not. My decision was easy to make and I have been extremely pleased with my selection. Since my purchase I have been back to the shop several times and have received the best service. I have had small problems here and there and they have encouraged me to bring my bike in and let them take a look. They have performed several minor adjustments, that got me back out on the trail, free of charge. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone that is looking for a shop that provides excellent customer service and goes the extra mile. more
