I don't usually review things but I don't think it is fair to judge a place this great by one negative review. I have had a great experience with my apartment and the staff. They did encourage me to renew my lease and offered to clean my carpet and do touch up paint. The maintenance staff is always prompt and very sweet as well as the office staff. This is a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!!! If you are having any issues with nature maybe you should not get an apartment that backs up to a nature preserve...or take advantage of the pest control service that comes once a week if you need it. This is truly grade A+ resort style luxury...don't believe everything you hear.
