Review content:
First, the complex is way over priced. For the amount charged it rent, it is sad that they can't landscape the entire place. Only the entrance and units close to that are done. Units built later were forgotten as they overspent their budget. The 'beautiful preserve' behind us only brings unwanted guests in the form of HUGE spiders and small snakes and other critters. Dog owners don't pick up their dog waste and pet rent has been increased. Walls are very thin and conversations in neighboring units can be heard as well as tv or stereos. Patio doors slam at all hours of the day and night. Due to the location of the exits, all traffic seems to exit out of the secondary exit which makes for busy travel on one side of the complex. Parking in some areas is well abundant but on others is non-existant, luckily I have a garage but visitors are unable to find reasonable parking. Appliances and wood floors are very cheap. They will paint your unit, but the paint chips very easily. I love my apartment layout and if they hadn't cut so many corners while still charging us outrageous rent, I may be able to overlook some of the issues... but together, it's just not a good place to live.
