To call this ""DIM SUM"" is like calling a Toyota a Ferrari. The owner and executive chef needs to reconsider the flavor palette( If you are reading this, please go to a REAL DIM SUM PLACE and reinvent your menu). The ordering menu process is ridiculous. They could have been amazing with the westernization...but missed it by a long shot. Should've call it Ping Bong Failed DIM SUM ISH (no carts). I like their tea and drink selection (not the greatest). However, where is the Chrysanthemum tea?? Where are the CARTS? ADVICE: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Pros: A bathroom to throw up after Cons: The Food, The Service, The Decor, The Name ""PING PONG""
