***** please read, heed and consider my opinion before booking an appointment***** In my opinion this is by far the worst office I have been to. The staff, as stated in reviews easily accessible on the internet, is rude and unattentive at best. Whether in person or over the phone they are cold and condescending, which only raises red flags for me as a patient.
Why I am writing this review?
I am currently unable to obtain my medical records from this office. They have received 3 request from my new Dr.'s office and several calls from me, about 10 calls over the past 2 months to be more precise. I am so desperate I was willing to go get them myself in person but they are being held for ransom, as I was told I would have to pay PER page if they gave them to me.
I spoke with the manager yesterday who apologized and promised they would get them to the new office ASAP. Only to find out today that they did nothing again!
I called again the next day and again an apology followed by it will be done asaP and nothing was done. I will EVENTUALLY get my records, however I will NEVER go there again.
Be warned as it was my experience that while you will likely see the Dr. The first time to establish care, you will likely only see a PA after that but be charged the same. Also, I had to really create a scene to be seen last time I went, which prompted my change of physician. Not only did they NOT schd me with the Dr as specifically requested, they also had me waiting way past my appointment time, let me add I was the 1st patient of the day---I requested to b the 1st as I was unhappy with how long the previous wait was! I was livid. Also, just so everyone is clear, I'm also sending this feedback to the Dr.
