Review content:
Have a mother and sister there. Moving them ASAP. Too many errors with staff, not enough care by director. Experiencing same problems as ""Love"" with same results. They need to get rid of Kelly (director) and get someone who cares about residents, not their paycheck. They also need to get rid of Rhonda (nurse), and Julie (another nurse), and get better communication between staff, and start listening to the family's complaints. We are not complaining just to complain...there are ligimate reasons for these complaints. If you don't want to fix the problems, get out of the business!
