Price? That last person that complained about price should eat at McDonalds…I've been frequenting Brule for 2 years since I moved to Delray, and yes they have changed recently, but WOW sooo much better. The quality of the food is amazing. Everything there is hand made, you can watch the process in the open kitchen. You can see the chefs make everything from scratch; the pasta, the bread, all the dressings... I've actually seen them making their own stocks…do have any idea how time consuming it is to make stocks, unheard of in Florida. The quality and care and integrity really shows. My family had owned many restaurants in California, and trust me I know what a privilege it is to have Brule in my neighborhood. And as far as price, you're insane, I can't believe how affordable everything is…I actually think it's under priced…don't even get me going on their incredible wine list. Do your self a favor just go get a slice of pizza for 2 bucks somewhere and leave that amazing bistro to rest of us who have a clue.
