We eat at alot of Italian restaurants in the neighborhood. We decided to try this place tonight (Tuesday). The service was horrible and the food was also below average. The brick oven pizza was served to us as a soggy mess which fell apart at any attempt to eat it. It seemed like the dough was uncooked. We were forced to send it back. We also ordered the penne with chicken. This was a disaster as well. The sauce was light as described but also very bland. The red peppers in the sauce also tasted like they came out of a can. Moreover, the slices of chicken were extremely big (1""X3""X0.75""). You would expect the chicken to be cut into bite size pieces similar in size to the penne pasta so it can all be eaten with only a fork; however this was far from the case. Also the chicken tasted a little funny. As though it was boiled rather than grilled or pan cooked. All in all we were very dissatisfied with this restaurant. Please save your money. There are many other Italian restaurants in the area which are alot better. You could try this little place called Spolini's, not many people know about it but its good food and good people. Actually I think I will give them a review since they don?t have any. Good luck!
