Sahara camera has the worst customer service , they are beyond Rude and they don't take any actions for their mistakes . I took my Nikon D700 with the lens and batteries (complete) to them for Cleaning , they charged me $220.00 for cleaning , and when i picked it up 3 weeks later .... YES it took them 3 weeks , they gave me no lens and no batteries , when i asked the rude lady said , That's how you brought it ,,,,,OKAY , so they Stole my $300 Lens ( thank got i took my cheapest lens with me ) and they also stole my Batteries , ,,,,,, Of course you would never think to get a receipt for you camera attachments when you drop it off ,but if you ever make a mistake and end up being in this place you have to make sure that you do , otherwise they will take it away from you and tell you ****THAT'S HOW YOU BROUGHT IT ******* THIS PLACE IS SCAM AND I HAVE HEARD THEY ARE GOING UNDER SOON , MAYBE THAT'S WHY THEY DON'T CARE . OHHH did i forget to say that they didn't even do a good job cleaning my camera .... hope this was helpful.
