IM really sorry you werent happy with our service. I did try to contact you several times while you were in ALASKA I did go to your apartments but your tenant did not answer. The reason I didnt perform the work is because for legal purposes I need a signature for permission to be able to work on your or any ones property also a signature for promise to pay. Again im sorry you had a bad experience with us. but im sure anyone reading this would understand that no one can just start digging holes without at least something in writing. thanks Justin
