Justin M. doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I called because I was unhappy with services rendered. After asking him very nicely, to come check out my lawn after I spent $2,000 to have him resod, because I still had crab grass and an even lawn, he said due to ""personality differences"" he would not come out to make things right. There were no differences when he collected the money. Not my idea of an honest man. There are other lawn companies with better reviews. I wish I read more reviews. more

Great lawn care service company 3/13/2012

Local Edge Lawn Care is a good company to work with, Justin came out and explained what exactly they were going to do for my yard.. Well they came out while I was at work and when I got home I was completely satisfied without a question. They also started thier pest control service for me and I didnt realize how many spiders I had until I started to sweep all of the dead ones a couple of days later. Thanks and keep up the good work. more

Greal lawn care in salt lake city 2/1/2012

Justin with local edge lawn care takes care of my parents lawn. Since my dad started to get sick the yard had suffered dearly. I found these guys on the internet and decided to give them a try last year and im glad I did. Thanks again for helping me keep my parents place cleaned up. more

IM really sorry you werent happy with our service. I did try to contact you several times while you were in ALASKA I did go to your apartments but your tenant did not answer. The reason I didnt perform the work is because for legal purposes I need a signature for permission to be able to work on your or any ones property also a signature for promise to pay. Again im sorry you had a bad experience with us. but im sure anyone reading this would understand that no one can just start digging holes without at least something in writing. thanks Justin more

On time, good work, fair price 1/24/2012

Justin was good to work with. I called him to fix some sprinkler heads that were damaged and he came the next day. I thought his price was fair and haven't had a problem since. more

UNBELIEVABLE- THE WORST!!! 8/22/2011

I contacted Justin from Local Edge Lawn Care on 8-11 and told him my husband and I were leaving for vacation on 8-12 and we needed to have our sprinkler repaired at our duplex. Justin said by the description of the problem the main was broken. Justin said his standard fee is a $100 per hour plus parts and we said that was fine we just wanted to be assured that the problem was fixed for our tenant. Justin said he would arrive the morning of 8-12 to fix the sprinkler and call us to secure payment. We gave Justin our tenant more

Honest company 3/23/2011

I live in salt lake city utah and I had a few landscaping companies come out for some sprinkler installations bid but when Justin with local edge lawn care came out for the same he asked why I was wanting a new system? First off its been bad for a few years and im tired of the dry spots and watering the driveway and neighbors, anyways he took a few minutes and said lets just get your existing system going I was very skeptical as I have had other companies out to try with no success. Justin said if he couldn?t do it I wont be charged for the repairs and just continue with a new system. Well a few days later my sprinkler system was like new and at a fraction of the cost. None of the other landscaping companies didn?t even suggest or mention about doing some general sprinkler repair on my system just high priced new one. Thanks Justin more

To whom it may concern Local edge lawn care came out to give me a estimate on my lawn care needs. Justin was on time unlike the others. And he was very knowledgeable and gave me good ideas for other landscaping improvements. I signed up for their lawn program and couldn?t be happier. I liked that I can change or cancel at any time if im not satisfied cause im not locked into a contract but I don?t think ill be canceling anytime soon.. more

As a restaurant owner the appearance of our property is critical. I called several "" Lawn care companies salt lake city"" for just regular lawn care services and standard up keep on the weeds and bushes, and all of them except justin with local edge lawn care were your typical landscaping companies. Not these guys It was like dealing with family. They are simply easy to deal with. No pressure, very knowledgeable in the landscaping field and the quality of the work is 10+. Their price was comparable with the other landscaping companies and the lawn is always green and looks great. It's easy to recommend them. A great experience!!! more

Salt lake cities best lawn care and lanscaping company 3/17/2011

Justin with local edge lawn care in salt lake city and a couple of his employees came out to one of my investment properties and installed some new sod, A new sprinkler system and a new deck. Not only did they start on time as promised but actually finished a couple of days ahead of schedule so we had plenty of time to set up for our open house, I cant say enough about this company. more
