I was burned a few years ago with a carpet cleaning service (we lived in Florida at the time), so since then I have always used a nationally recognized company. This time I decided to google and see what else was available since I needed the entire house done and didn't have over $500 to do it. I am SO glad I did! Fairfax Carpet was on time, polite, thorough and concerned that they couldn't get some of the little spots out. Being a rental house, there are some spots of unknown origin that may never come out. I will definitely be making more appointments with them! VERY PLEASED!
