I HAVE TAKEN MANY COMPUTERS INTO SUNSHINE AND EACH ONE CAME OUT WORST THAN WHEN I TOOK IT IN. I HAVE TAKEN APPROX 7 COMPUTERS INTO SUNSHINE WANTING TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS AND EACH TIME I HAVE HAD TO TAKE THEM TAKE. FOR SOME REASON EACH ONE NEED A NEW HARD DRIVE. I TOOK MY COMPAQ LAPTOP IN, THEY LOST POWER CORD AND IT TOOK THREE WEEKS TO GET A NEW ONE FROM THEM. IT ALSO NEED A NEW HARD DRIVE WHICH THEY REPLACE AND THE NEW HARD DRIVE CRASHED IN 3 DAYS. IT TIME I GO BACK IN THE OWNER GETS ANGRY BECAUSE I CHALLENGE HIM ON THE REPAIR. HE HAS CURSED AND TRIED TO MAKE ME THINK THE PROBLEM WAS ME. IF YOU HAVE DEALT WITH THE OWNER YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. I TOOK ANOTHER COMPAQ IN AND HE GAVE ME SOMEBODY'S COMPUTER AND TOLD ME THAT WAS THE ONE I BROUGHT IN. NOT SO. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A RECORD OF WHAT YOU BROUGHT IN SO IF A PROBLEM ARISES YOU HAVE NO PROOF. I WOULD NOT CARRY A CRACKER JACK BOX INTO THIS COMPUTER TO BE FIXED ANYMORE. Pros: NICE AT THE BEGINNING Cons: MAKES LOTS OF MISTAKES/WONDER ABOUT COMPUTER INTELL
