I encounter unacceptable customer service Sunshine Computers. I dropped my laptop off and was advised that my laptop would be ready in three business days. My power surge needed to be replaced. Three business days turned into three weeks. I am a student and explained to the technicians via telephone calls and messages that I needed my laptop because I was taking my FINALS, no one returned my calls. A tech finally called me back to advise me they could not start the work on my computer because it was password protected, however I left several messages on the company voicemail with my password on it ! We I explained this issue to the representatives, they were even rude !!! more

i brought my business computer in for an estimate because it was running ridiculously slow. These guys offered great service. I had a call back with a price on getting the viruses off and upgrading my computer within an hour and a half.... Picked up the computer at the end of the day, got it home hooked it back up and now it runs like brand new. Gotta say these people really know what they're doin! I HAVE TAKEN MANY COMPUTERS INTO SUNSHINE AND EACH ONE CAME OUT WORST THAN WHEN I TOOK IT IN. I HAVE TAKEN APPROX 7 COMPUTERS INTO SUNSHINE WANTING TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS AND EACH TIME I HAVE HAD TO TAKE THEM TAKE. FOR SOME REASON EACH ONE NEED A NEW HARD DRIVE. I TOOK MY COMPAQ LAPTOP IN, THEY LOST POWER CORD AND IT TOOK THREE WEEKS TO GET A NEW ONE FROM THEM. IT ALSO NEED A NEW HARD DRIVE WHICH THEY REPLACE AND THE NEW HARD DRIVE CRASHED IN 3 DAYS. IT TIME I GO BACK IN THE OWNER GETS ANGRY BECAUSE I CHALLENGE HIM ON THE REPAIR. HE HAS CURSED AND TRIED TO MAKE ME THINK THE PROBLEM WAS ME. IF YOU HAVE DEALT WITH THE OWNER YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. I TOOK ANOTHER COMPAQ IN AND HE GAVE ME SOMEBODY'S COMPUTER AND TOLD ME THAT WAS THE ONE I BROUGHT IN. NOT SO. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A RECORD OF WHAT YOU BROUGHT IN SO IF A PROBLEM ARISES YOU HAVE NO PROOF. I WOULD NOT CARRY A CRACKER JACK BOX INTO THIS COMPUTER TO BE FIXED ANYMORE. this place has been around for a long time and you can defiantly tell that they know what they are talking about. Take all of the guess work out of your computer repair! I would recommend this place to anyone! great service and great price! Pros: fast service and good price more

Everything was great... at first. They replaced my wife's troublesome laptop hard drive, gave us an upgrade, discount, etc. But almost immediately, the new hard drive started giving us problems... and at that point, Sunshine Computers fell off the face of the planet and refused to own up to a problem with the repair.
