This State Farm agent, Frank Martau, is horrible. We have had insurance through him, and he has been very mean, condescending, unhelpful, and ignorant, and arrogant (for reasons unknown). I can't even ask him a question without having a rude comment. It's as if he barks at you if you try to talk to him about anything. Nowadays, he doesn't pick up the phone much anymore, and has a secretary do all of his work. I've had this guy for years, and it's a good thing I didn't have to talk to him much. I'm glad we switched to another much nicer agent, who was willing to do a full review on our policies, and found out Frank Martau was over charging, and not giving proper discounts. Avoid this person at all costs.
