Avoid this agent. 8/4/2011

This State Farm agent, Frank Martau, is horrible. We have had insurance through him, and he has been very mean, condescending, unhelpful, and ignorant, and arrogant (for reasons unknown). I can't even ask him a question without having a rude comment. It's as if he barks at you if you try to talk to him about anything. Nowadays, he doesn't pick up the phone much anymore, and has a secretary do all of his work. I've had this guy for years, and it's a good thing I didn't have to talk to him much. I'm glad we switched to another much nicer agent, who was willing to do a full review on our policies, and found out Frank Martau was over charging, and not giving proper discounts. Avoid this person at all costs. more

I highly recommend Frank and his team to anyone with insurance needs. My family and I have used his services for nearly seven years ranging from auto to home and life insurance. Frank has always been very friendly, responsive, and helpful in all matters. When I have had insurance-related questions or situations arise, Frank and his staff have ALWAYS responded very promtly and efficiently with how to best proceed. more

Everyone here is always helpful and considerate. They take care of problems quickly and competently. They're willing to take the time to discuss things that other insurance folks won't! more
