They delivered our spa to a difficult location- the crew was great- stayed with us until the spa was up and running and helped us put in the starter chemicals... they did explain how to use them... but we were so excited to have our new spa that we really missed most of it... at their suggestion we did bring in a water sample to the store in North Ogden and they were super helpful- took plenty of time to explain how everything worked... still it was new to us and we did go back the next week and they again walked us through the whole process... thanks guys :)
Pros: After the sale- service was great
Cons: none... Knock on wood
