Bullfrog Spas Of Ogden

I love their product but cannot stand the service here. They are great at selling the product, but not so good at explaining how to use the product. As a first time spa owner I was surprised that the instruction I was given lasted less than 60 seconds. I appreciate that they honored the warranty issue I had, but I would never purchase from here again. more

Last spring while we were working on our yard we decided that it was time to get a spa. After shopping around online for about a week we found bullfrog spas and concluded that they will be the most efficient and reliable spa because of the jet paks. After reviewing the spa and the way it worked it was a no brainer that we were going to get a bullfrog. more

We bought our bullfrog hot tub about a year ago and we really love it. We have had other spas in the past, but nothing like the bullfrog. Like many others, we really like the fact that we can trade out jetpaks in the future as they come out with more styles, and also that we can move them around the tub. We have had no problems with it and are very pleased with our hot tub, we use it almost every single day! We are very happy with our decision to switch to Bullfrog. more

The wife and I went out ot sit in the spa last night and it had no power. Cycled the breaker and it popped right away. Skip ahead to the next morning. Called the oncall tech, and the call was returned really fast. Diagnosed it on the phone. Showed up about 1 1/2 later to fix it. Oh...did I mention this was on a Saturday! Never expected this fast of a repair. Last spa I had (brand started with a C) when something like this happened would say ""put a 100 lite lite in it (it was below freezing) and we'll get to it in a couple days. I had a very pleasant experience with the team at bullfrog in North Ogden. The bullfrog tub is the best one i have ever owned. I dont know how i ever owned any other brand. The exchangable packs have been so good for us. I have a very tall husband and he can only sit in the deeper spots of the tub and he likes that he can move the ones he wanst to the spots that are most comfortable for him. ITS so easy to move the jet packs from place to place. Takes like two minutes! ALSO, they will test your water for you to help you learn how to maintain and use the chemicals which is a MAJOR plus! I was very happy with the service I recieved and my bullfrog is one of my best purchases! more

We just purchased a new Bullfrog Hot tub along with a ""spa vault"" the crew from the North Ogden Bullfrog Factory outlet was great- they arranged the installation of the spa vault & delivered the spa - with a crane. The process & the results were great... this feature makes our new portable spa look just like a built in - flush to the patio. more

A note from the Owner about Citysearch and the validity of the review process... I am of course happy that you found our store, address, hours etc... and I hope you will come visit... but I feel the need to post a note about a review posted here. Due to their anonymous nature it is easy for anyone to post a negative review- even if they have never been your customer, or even if they are the competition with what I would consider a misguided attempt by a competing store to plant a seed of doubt. For example the 2 negative reviews posted here sound like they are from the same person and I find it interesting that there is a reference to purchase of a model 662 in Jan of '09.. ... EXCEPT according to our records we didn't sell that model prior to March of '09... Every day I have customers shop and compare our product and prices and choose to purchase from us... We are local, provide a superior product and great service and for the 2nd year in a row we are the #1 hot tub store in Utah... Bought a Bullfrog from the factory.. I know they say these are factory direct stores but the exact same spa was SO MUCH CHEAPER at the factory... I got the exact same options as quoted from this store. I had a Hot Springs spa prior to this one.. I like my Bullfrog but even though the Hot Springs was 15 years older it seamed much quiter and more effecient than this new one. I hope this helps. Pros: Employees were nice Cons: Pricing more

They delivered our spa to a difficult location- the crew was great- stayed with us until the spa was up and running and helped us put in the starter chemicals... they did explain how to use them... but we were so excited to have our new spa that we really missed most of it... at their suggestion we did bring in a water sample to the store in North Ogden and they were super helpful- took plenty of time to explain how everything worked... still it was new to us and we did go back the next week and they again walked us through the whole process... thanks guys :) Pros: After the sale- service was great Cons: none... More than happy to sell you a spa but didn't show how to run and maintain chemicals. Basically gave me a kit with chemicals that lasted about two weeks and went on there way. Also should have shopped around. Same spa (model 662) at the factory in Bluffdale, UT was significantly cheaper. Thousands ???? cheaper than these guys. If you like the Bullfrog spa which I am not sure then just go to the factory. Save some green. Pros: Nice employees. Cons: Pricing and Service. more
