Review content:
This is my first time writing a review on a restaurant but I just had to write one on a fabulous restaurant my husband and I tried for the first time last Saturday night. He had read on Thanksgiving Day that Dom DiCarlos in Noblesville was declared the best pizza in Indy. Well, I had passed the restaurant several times when my brother lived in Noblesville but didn't ever stop by to sample their food. Mind you, we love going to Chicago to eat at Gino's East but when I went on Dom DiCarlo's website last week I told my husband that I think Gino's had met its match. Even the pictures and the descriptions of their food made me want to drive there immediately! Well, when we visited we ordered our drinks and then tried their house salad. It was wonderful. In the land of salad mixes (that are nasty with the slivered carrots!) Dom's salad was fresh and wonderfully made with diced tomatoes and great dressings. We ordered the Boss Pizza (meat lovers) Pizza Pie style and added mushrooms to it. My husband took one bite and said it was the best pizza he had ever eaten. We were in heaven. The garlic smells and the shiny crust and thick layer of meat was delicious. The owner (Dom himself) came over to our table and introduced himself and we really enjoyed talking with him. His wife was the one who served us (she was great!) and we had a good time. He even had one of his people bring out a bowl of his ""red sauce"" so we could dip our pizza in it. It was fabulous. Please visit this restaurant . . . you will NOT be disappointed. We plan on going back soon to try the calzones, lasagna and spaghetti as well. Come to Dom's and eat a slice or two or three (!!!) of heaven!!! Pros: service, food
