Businiess name:  El Gran Inka

Review content:
Bland and overpriced. Poor service. Theme-parkish ambiance. I DO like the fact that they serve Pisco sours, however, they aren't very well made. The waitstaff is ignorant of Peruvian cuisine and did not recognize my request of a VERY common sauce. The last time I went, I saw that about 90% of the clientele comprised of not only non-Peruvians, but non-Hispanic. I always say that if you are going to an ethnic restaurant, a good sign is seeing people of that ethnicity dining there. If you have a delicate palate and find it hard to stomach strong flavors and spicy food, then El Gran Inka is a good introduction to Peruvian cuisine. If you are already familiar with Peruvian cuisine, save your time and money - A LOT of your money - and go somewhere else
