Review content:
Had a late night issue with water backing up through floor drains in the basement. Called the city just to make sure it wasn't something on their end. City facilities worker recommended some local plumbing companies and I spoke with them early the next morning. They were quite expensive and would have to ""schedule"" me to their convenience. I called a contractor I knew to see if he had any recommendations. He told me to call Roto-Rooter, a company he routinely utilizes. He said that they did a good job at a good price.
So, I called the Saint Paul office at 1043 Grand Ave, and it was immediately answered by a very polite customer service rep. I was told that a service technician would be at my residence within the hour. Approximately 25 minutes later, Nathan arrived. He did a quick inspection, gave me an estimate and I told him to have at it.
While the job was more difficult and challenging than first thought, Nathan did a thorough cleaning, quickly and solved the issue. Throughout the time he was here, he kept me informed of what he was doing, explained why and how it worked. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable, had a great professional demeanor and represented the company well.
I was entirely satisfied with the results and especially the price as compared to the other companies I spoke with. Thanks, Roto-Rooter...Thanks again Nathan.
