I have complained for 3 months about not receiving a bill. The bill never comes but the termination warning always does. Today I come home and no water. They cashed the check a week ago. When I called them they said they never received it. I asked them to take another look as they cashed the check. I was told that they don't do that because that department leaves at 6. They have a new billing company and it has been a nightmare. I have other friends who are experiencing the same thing. We are moving from Pflugerville. Good luck to anyone who gets this company for your water supplier.
