After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. The front part of our cake collapsed. Called the bakery. They accused us of dropping the cake. Not so, we handled the cake very carefully. They agreed to fix it so we brought the cake back. Entering the bakery I was met with sarcasm and accusations by the man that works there. The owner was spewing out sarcastic comments under her breath loud enough for me to hear. Before I got there my intentions were to meet them half way and offer to pay something for their time. After thinking about what happened we thought maybe we let the cake sit out too long. When I told them I had thought of offering to pay them, he responded with, ""What, do you have a guilty conscience?"" In other words calling me a liar. That escalated the situation. Then the owners sarcastic response was, ""Well, when you cheap out on delivery we can't guarantee the cake."" They refused to take any responsibility. Showed a picture of the collapse cake to another cake baker - her comment was, ""They didn't stake the cake.""
