My Husband And I lived there for 2.5yrs when we first got married. Mainly because my husband commuted and it was near the freeway and we couldn't afford much and the prices were good for a place that at that time took pets. Living there wasn't too bad. The biggest issue we had were the pools and spa Werner always open. The Sauna that was suppose to be temporarily out of commission when we did the walk through remained so for the 2.5yrs. The office people were rude and when we left they charged us over 1,000 dollars for ""stuff "" that was there fault!!! Like the bathroom was leaking and after a month of complaints they sent a maintenance worker who cut a whole in the wall to get to the pipe, then very shit-aly covered it up. Yeah, they charged us for that stuff. And they tried to charge us for painting the place, which is against the law because after a year apts are Required to repaint. So we had to dispute the charges and we won! This was about 4yrs ago so who knows they may have changed owners?
