Our loved ones passed away and since they were both buried at Sylvan which is approximately across the street. I thought it would be good to use Carmichael Monuments since they were right across the street. I should have known better.
I should have driven 50 extra miles to get the head stone done! This was the worst service I have ever had before in my life. There is hardly anyone at this office, they never answer the phone, they are closed for days at time and do not return phone calls. If you think about going here, go somewhere else because I can assure you, you will probably regret it as much as we did. You pay for service and then do not get it rendered until days later. All I can say is; if I die, please don't get my headstone from there, just spell my name using some rocks.
