payed for stone in nov 2010. stone placed on sept 7, 2011. give it my mother has been gone for 10 years this was my final closure to her passing. this company lied to me, never answered the phone to me or emails. they set 2 appts and then didnt show up to cementary. then when family and friends were meeting at site they showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes late. they did not place the stone like previously told. we took time off of work to be here for this day. i am so dissapointed in this company and how they treat greiving people. more

I went to this business to have a headstone created for my father. I thought they would be professional and timely. I was wrong. Two months passed and they did not produce the stone. They will NEVER call you. Unless you drive to their office you will NEVER hear from them. They have your money and you have to chase them to complete the final stone. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER. They should be out of business. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL LOOSE TIME AND MONEY and not get a headstone. I cannot stress this more than I have. Go Anywhere but Carmichael Monument. more

Our loved ones passed away and since they were both buried at Sylvan which is approximately across the street. I thought it would be good to use Carmichael Monuments since they were right across the street. I should have known better. I should have driven 50 extra miles to get the head stone done! This was the worst service I have ever had before in my life. There is hardly anyone at this office, they never answer the phone, they are closed for days at time and do not return phone calls. If you think about going here, go somewhere else because I can assure you, you will probably regret it as much as we did. You pay for service and then do not get it rendered until days later. All I can say is; if I die, please don't get my headstone from there, just spell my name using some rocks. Pros: Not one Cons: Very poor service more
