Review content:
We purchased a puppy here Jan 15 2008. 48 Hours later the pup is in intensive care at a local 24 hour veterinary facility with pneumonia & parasitic diseases. When the dog woke up ill we brought him to our local vet who discovered these illnesses & immediately recommended a 24 hour care facility. We called The All Pets Club, We were told per their warranty and the Connecticut Puppy Lemon Law the ONLY option we had was to return the puppy to the store for a full refund and they would take responsibility for the puppy's care. We wanted to know if the vet they used had 24 hr care and they did not know and would not give us the name of the vet so we could call and find out. All they said was they would take it to their vet and if the puppy became healthy again we could buy her back. After much discussion it became obvious the store was merely concerned about the costs of care. The vet wouldn't speak with us, It felt as if we were discussing a used car. The pup is in currently in his 4th day of 24 hour care with medical bills over $2000 and growing. Please take our advice and stay away from Puppy Mills such as this.
