I AM WRITING TO COMPLIMENT ALL PETS CLUB FOR HAVING SUCH AN OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE AS MR. JEFF. JEFF HELPED MY HUSBAND AND I SELECT AN APPROPRIATE DOG FOOD FROM YOUR STORE TO HELP OUR DOG, GABBIE, WHO HAS SKIN ALLERGIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS. OUR GABBIE IS A SENIOR DOG WHO IS 10 YEARS OLD AND HAS BEEN SUFFERING WITH HER HEALTH FOR SOME TIME DUE TO WRONG CHOICES IN DOG FOOD.
JEFF WAS VERY CARING, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE US GUIDANCE THAT ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS TO PURCHASE AN APPROPRIATE FOOD FOR OUR DOG AND HER NEEDS. HE HAS DONE MORE FOR US IN THE SHORT CONVERSATION WE HAD WITH HIM, THAN OUR VET HAS DONE FOR US IN YEARS.
I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO SAY THAT GABBIE?S HEALTH HAS BLOSSOMED. SHE IS NO LONGER SUFFERING WITH HER SKIN AND SHE HAS BECOME VERY HAPPY AND VERY PLAYFUL THANKS TO THE DECISIONS WE MADE WITH JEFF?S GUIDANCE.
JEFF IS VERY INSTRUMENTAL IN ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR PRODUCTS PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HE IS A MOST PLEASANT PERSON TO SPEAK WITH. HE IS INTELLIGENT AND IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL WHEN WE SPEAK TO HIM. WE PURCHASE OUR DOG FOOD AT ALL PETS CLUB WEEKLY, THANKS TO JEFF?S SERVICE AND ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING HIM.
