I used to go to this store before it became all pets club...when it was one stop! Before they sold dogs, they had a nice store with nice people, as soon as they expanded to All pets and began to sell dogs, their customer service as well as quality went completely downhill. I went to pick up a boston terrier I had ordered before she was born....while we were there, they tried to sell my friend a supposed rottweiler puppy that had long hair! I told my friend dont go for it, that puppy is most likely a mix....thank god she didnt buy it, but I had already paid & preordered my boston terrier. Needless to say, years down the road, my vet suspects she is a puppy mill dog from her papers we received...not to mention that she has aggression problems and a scar tissue tumor on her heart. The people are also VERY rude at this store. The cashiers act like they dont want to work, the boys on the floor run from you when they see you coming to ask a question and the cashier even forgot to put some of my purchases in the bag! I went all the way home, and back again and argued with the cashier. They had the nerve to not give my my items I just purchased claiming that I must have misplaced it....well about 5 of my items were missing, I have a clean car and never even got out of the car to lose the bag! I went from the store, to my home, realized in my car in the driveway and went back immediately...NO BAG, NO ITEMS and they dont care.
Pros: lots of items available
Cons: pricey, rude people, workers with attitudes, sick pets, they tell you what you want to hear about the pet-not the truth about the pet.
