BUYER BEWARE. This company is currently PAYING CUSTOMERS WITH A FREE OIL CHANGE TO POST A 5 STAR REVIEW!
In brief, I was quoted several times that a job I had Mad Hatter on 23rd street perform would be $400. The bill was over $650, and the mechanics tried to take left over parts from me. They also didn't do the job right (left some nuts/bolts loose, and did not swap over a few sensors which they were PAID to do). Further, the owner Dave and sales clerk Josh REPEATEDLY called me harassing me over the phone about my negative review I posted. After informing them to NEVER contact me directly again, I was threatened with a lawsuit, followed by DAVE COMING BY MY FRIEND'S HOUSE TO FURTHER HARASS ME.
