Oh yeah! This is the place for honest, reliable, fast, and affordable car repairs, on your European cars. So I brought the VW in for an oil change, and man oh man, they got it done up in only 3 hours. I didn't know you could drill, refine, and ship oil to Lil Ole' Tally that fast. They have the best tech ever, Speed Lightning, doing the work too. OK so the best part was that they found lots of problems with the car. Better get them fixed, for safety's sake! Its a 2008 model year, so the car is well over due on these repairs. I believed every word they told me, and set up an appointment to drop the car off, get shuttled to work, and then pick it up when it was ready in a day or two. Well, I got shuttled to work late, which every boss expects of their employees. And the day or two, ehhhh why get the car back so fast? It's not like I have any where to go. It was more like 10 repair days, over two weeks, because Monday was the holiday. And the best part-- the $1400 bill!!! It's not unreasonable to ask to see the damaged parts. Oh, I needed a new tie rod? Well, show me the worn one, where the grease had leaked out like you claimed. My radiator was busted? Well, show me the leaky one. My airbag sensor wasn't talking to the PCM, ok that is kinda hard to prove, but show me the box for the new sensor, or even the old sensor. You did an alignment- What about the computer print out, showing me the car will drive straight and true? And what's this, a ""recommendation"" saying you want the car back in two weeks for, $2500 more in repairs? ""Well yeah, ma'am. You were such an easy push over the first time, we thought we would try it again!"" I won't be back.
