Review content:
You could not have paid me to eat dinner in any of the obnoxious, over priced, house-music blaring places on Ocean Drive. I know, that's what most people go there for. But for tourists who just want to see the ocean, and then have a nice dinner, Tap Tap is a nice quiet alternative to the strip.\r

Nothing fancy, but decor is very cool with murals covering every square inch. Service was fine.\r

Not ever having had Haitian food before, I don't really know if this is good or not, but everything we had was pretty tasty. Tried the conch salad, shrimp creole, and chicken stew (which is three bone-in pieces of chicken). Good flavor all around, except for the rice/bean side which, as another reviewer said, is kinda dry and flavorless. But pour some extra stew sauce over it and you're fine. I have it on good authority from a local that the items which say "spicy" really mean it and caution is to be had. But our selections we not too hot.
