I have been using Wards' Auto Service for a few years and have never once been dissatisfied or felt cheated. My most memorable experience was when I had a leak coming from the A.C. . they repaired a hose and did a few minor things and sent me home. The next morning I saw the leak was still there. I called and they came and picked up my vehicle and told me that there was a crack in my radiator and they replaced it fro free since they were not sure if it was there the day they fixed it or if it was new. They felt responsible for not seeing it when they repaired the hose. They delivered it back to me free of charge and ever since then I have been loyal customer and I highly recommend their service to anyone who asks. Thanks Jim and Melanie for being who you are!
