Technician showed up on time, he was very pleasant and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. he had all parts on the truck. The paper work was easy and he explained the condition of the unit without trying to "hard sell" me into believing I need a new one, even though it is 14 years old. Overall great experience. Cost seemed reasonable. Oh, i made a sarcastic remark about the warranties and he assured me that my part AND labor were covered for a year. I've heard way too many scams where the warranties are concerned.
