rude,rude,rude,ive never been late on payments i am a great custermer i could not understand her broken english thats not my fault. everytime i told her i was sorry ,but i could not undestand her she would stick me on hold and then come back after a min or two ,and say understand me now? why would i ever refer a friend to a place that treats it good paying custermers like that they tripped over the hundred to pick up the doller....,she was an older lady who would not give me her name in the payoff dept....
