Summit Financial is no better than a predatory loan company. They should really be investigated by the BBB. I was duped by the dealer to finance with Summit. I received a call from Julio who does the electronic payments Julio called me, and demanded that a payment on the spot. I quote his words"" Bro, you need to pay now""!!! Since he is a representive of his institution. Who has no Professional courtesy at all. I have always paid on time with Summit. Until, I was 2 weeks behind on payment. The holiday season, and other bills. Set me back a little. I received a letter threatening to repossess my car, and Summit was going to an attorney to sue me. Yes for 2 weeks, not 2 months!!!As aforementioned due to some past credit problems. What gives Summit employees the right to talk to people in this cruel manner? All I can say is if anyone reading this message. Ask yourself this. Is dealing with unrealistic (borderline illegal terms), and dealing with employees with no social grace really worth financing a more than likely substandard vehicle? Think about it. That price is way too high to pay.
