Summit Financial.... Wow where do I start?!? When my husband I first got my new car they told us our payment dates would be on the first of every month we set it up that way because my husband is in the military. So on the 20th they call and leave a very very rude message saying that we were late! I called them and spoke to a lady named Maggie who is the rudest person I have ever spoke to cussing to a paying customer is not how its supposed to go! Anyhow coime to find out after faxing the paper several times of what are payment date was supposed to be and my car almost getting re poed! It finally got situated and it was there error not MINE! I didnt even get an apology and they still havent not fixed it on our credit either! SUMMIT IS A JOKE and we are looking to get our car refinaced some where else... if a car lot suggest them... RUN!
