?As a Board member for the past ten years I've had the opportunity and pleasure of working closely with the staff of Benchmark Property Management. The individual departments, combine their skills, utilizing their knowledge to service us in an efficient and diplomatic manner. The monthly financial statements are precise and up to date. This allows us to evaluate our status and conduct Condominium expenditures and address outstanding maintenance in a more efficient manner. Annual budgets are completed annually under the expertise of Benchmark?s president. His advice and diplomacy are invaluable. We owe the financial stability of our Condominium to the staff of Benchmark Property Management.
