?As President of Ramblewood East condominium for the past three years and prior to that position I was Treasure for three years, my experience with working with Benchmark Property Management was nothing short of excellent. As a management company they have provided my association guidance, support, knowledge of condominium law, policies and Florida statutes , and recommendations regarding budget to superior levels. Their bookkeeping staff has worked with me on a professional and personal level to ensure that disbursements were sent in a timely manner as not to incur late fees. The bookkeeping department also worked with me in regards to budgeting a multimillion dollar company. The main issue that has always been my pet concern is customer service and Benchmark goes above and beyond.
