As the President of The Pines of Boca Barwood Phase 1, I felt compelled to write a review about our Management Company, Benchmark, They have literally saved our community. Their knowledge, wisdom and expertise cannot be measured. With all their knowledge they have saved us thousands of dollars. Also, we had a few plumbing problems recently and our manager was here within 20 minutes on a Saturday, including another call at 4am. When we need any kind of work done Benchmark only recommends the best people to do the job. Anytime, I call their office I always get prompt and courteous service. As President , I cannot tell you how much they have helped me to do my job and made me feel very secure in doing so. We have had many companies before them, and I can truly say Benchmark is the Rolls Royce of Management Companies, As a community, we are all very proud and thankful to have Benchmark as our Management Company.
