I have been on the Board of Directors at the Isles of Boca Dunes 4 and at present I am on the Board of the Pines of Boca Barwood Condominium II. Between both associations I have had the pleasure of dealing with Benchmark Property Management for over twenty years.
During those years I have found them to be knowledgeable in condominium law; preparation of annual budgets; bookkeeping; attending meetings; responding to questions that the board or unit owners have had; conducting annual meetings and board elections. Are they 100% perfect - no. But are they knowledgeable, willing and able to assist the Board in every possible way - yes.
I would recommend Benchmark Property Management to any association that is looking for honesty and professionalism.?
