Our condo has gone through 3 management companies in less than 5 years. The results have been a disaster. Each of the 3 companies did worse than the one before! Our board began to think that maybe WE just didn?t know how to pick the right company. Then one of our owners told us that she owns another condo in Boca and that they are very happy with their management company Benchmark. She suggested that we should contact Benchmark and talk to them. Our board was pretty skeptical (can you blame us) about ANY management company. Anyway, we interviewed Benchmark and did a very extensive check into their background and spoke to almost every one on their reference list and finally decided to hire them. That was at the beginning of 2009. This time the results were spectacular! Benchmark has lived up to every expectation that we had and every commitment that they made. They took us on even though we had enormous problems because of past mismanagement and in less than 2 years they have bailed us out of most of the worst of it. After working with their team for a year and a half I am convinced that their staff and executives know more, do more, and do it better than any management company that I have ever dealt with. Our finances are in better shape than they have been for many years and our property looks better than ever. I probably shouldn?t say this but Benchmark is worth every penny that we pay them and probably a lot more.
