I usually don't write reviews but seeing so many negative ones inspiried me to show DirectBuy in a better light. We joined DirectBuy in 2002, reluctantly on my part. But now I only wish we would have joined much sooner. Our motivation was a planned extension to our home, adding a kitchen and dining room. We purchased everything thru DirectBuy, appliances, countertops, windows/treatments, cabinets, fixtures, flooring, probably saved at least $30,000. The staff was extremely helpful and having the luxury of selecting top of the line items was a bonus. Since the completion of the remodel we've bought more windows/treatments, mattresses, furniture and small appliances and will continue to be a member til our buying days are over!!
