If you want the best Indian food in this area,come here and you'll find it. It's that simple. I have eaten here dozens of times and it is always superb. Don't be put off by the strip mall location. Inside the restaurant is beautiful, warm in winter-cool in summer, and always very comfortable with big booths and gorgeous decor. It's also shining clean.
But the food, oh, the food! All the sauces taste fresh and homemade. The vegetables are perfectly cooked. The naan is delicious and sets a new standard. The chutneys have perfect balance. The rice is fluffy and aromatic. I don't usually eat meat but must make an exception for the tender luscious chicken. Servings are ample. If you don't get the mixed plate of appetizers you are a fool as this is enough food for lunch for two people next day, after you've eaten all you can at the table.
Service is as good as in a five star restaurant: unobtrusive but always ready to refill glasses, take new orders etc. And the owner is a very nice, polite and welcoming man. If I lived near this restaurant I fear I wouldn't be able to resist eating here very single day.
